We Installed Prefabricated Construction Site Structures for the Highway Project

We constructed prefabricated construction site structures for the highway project located between Ankara and Kırşehir. The prefabricated mobilization units we installed as part of the project were built at two separate locations in Ankara and Kırıkkale.

Roads Are Being Renovated, Distances Are Shrinking

We delivered our 2,120-square-meter construction site mobilization structures in just 22 days. With our construction site structures, which will be used in the improvement and renovation of the Ankara–Kaman (Kırşehir) highway, we are contributing to the renovation of roads and the shortening of distances.

With our construction site offices at two locations, we have created pleasant working environments for the project’s technical team. Through our dormitory buildings, we provide project field workers with the comfort of home. Our dining hall buildings offer a spacious and hygienic environment, providing an extra opportunity for relaxation alongside delicious meals. With their structural safety, ergonomics, and comfort, our prefabricated structures make an additional contribution to increasing construction site efficiency.

Project-Specific Flexible Construction Site Mobilization

As Karmod, we reflect our expertise in construction site mobilization through project-specific flexible solutions. The geographical structure and climatic characteristics of the region where the mobilization will be set up are fundamental factors considered before the construction project begins. The purpose and duration of the structures’ use are other key considerations. The nature of construction sites in highway and renewable energy sectors, which require relocation at specific intervals, is also part of these evaluations.

Based on this information, which is brought to the table at Karmod’s technical office even during the project phase, a study is conducted. At this stage, the building model and technical details are determined and shared transparently with the client. The primary objective here is to present the most suitable and efficient mobilization solution for the project where the structures will be used. For example, the building and wall structure models, as well as insulation material selection, are determined based on the climate characteristics of the region where the mobilization will be deployed. With its expertise in this field, Karmod develops building solutions that benefit project investors at every stage. It guides investors toward the right solutions for dormitory and dining hall structures, office buildings, and local and healthcare facility buildings. A lightweight steel panel system was used in the buildings within the project scope.

Simultaneous Setup of Two Separate Mobilizations at Different Sites

For the Ankara–Kaman (Kırşehir) highway project, our teams simultaneously carried out mobilization setups at two separate locations. The on-site installation of the structures, consisting of 7 blocks, was completed in 22 days and delivered for project use. Our building complex, totaling 2,120 square meters, included office, dining hall, dormitory, and community buildings.
