We Have Completed Our Steel System Apartment Villa Project in Uzbekistan

We have completed and delivered a steel-frame apartment villa project in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, one of the Turkic republics. The building, constructed as part of this luxury residential concept project, features four independent apartment villas.

A Safe, Fast, and Sustainable Housing Model

The number of structures built using steel construction systems has been rapidly increasing worldwide in recent years. The advantages of the steel construction system, which has been in use for years in European countries and the U.S., have led other countries around the world to begin adopting it as well.

The most significant factors driving the widespread adoption of this model are its innovative features that eliminate risks associated with other housing models. For example, the steel construction model offers a significant advantage in terms of structural safety. The static-based risks found in buildings constructed using traditional methods have been transformed into the safest possible form in this model. The flexible nature of the steel structural system makes the buildings more resistant to factors such as earthquakes. Steel’s long-term durability further enhances the reliability of these buildings. For this reason, the model instills confidence in our homes, which shelter our cherished families.

When considered on a residential scale, production on the assembly line can be completed within hours. After production, the structure can be easily transported to the desired location in a disassembled state. On-site installation is carried out by professional teams without the need for additional materials or production, making the home ready for occupancy within days. For example, in our Tashkent villa residential project, our 6-person team completed the installation of an 834 m² apartment-style structure in just 45 days.

Tashkent, where we implemented this project, serves as the best example due to its extreme temperature differences between summer and winter. Tashkent, with its extreme continental climate, experiences extremely cold and rainy winters, while summer months are, conversely, extremely hot and dry. While temperatures can rise above 40°C in July, they range from -2°C to 6°C below freezing in winter. The steel-frame building system is a model that achieves optimal compatibility with insulation applications. Climate control within the residence is carried out with minimal energy consumption and maximum efficiency.

The new villa residential project we completed in Tashkent was designed as a two-story structure. The project was planned and prepared in the style of an apartment villa in accordance with the client’s expectations. The 834 m² building houses four independent luxury residences.
