TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF KARMOD ECONOMICAL, WITHOUT INSULATION (SINGLE WALL) PORTABLE 115 X 120 MOBILE TOILET CABINS:

Karmod Toilet (WC) Shower series, is a special series of product developed for professional users, especially oriented toward common using areas such as commercial, building sites, organization and social facilities. Two important advantages of the series are obtained by being movable, portable and mobile, harmony to modern toilet, WC Shower system, as well aesthetics in designs providing functional solutions in human life. It offers different alternatives in mobile toilets and bathrooms with their module forming produced under Karmod cabin guaranty and its insulation system formed of five modules. Thus they add convenience to human life.

1. All panels forming walls and roofs that establish Karmod WC Shower cabin system are manufactured of glass fiber strengthened polyester (GFSP) material as single wall panels.
2. Karmod WC cabin is formed of 3 parts. After uniting panels, it is insulated with antibacterial silicone, and insulation against water, snow, dust and voice as well an hygienic appearance is ensured.
3. Exterior surface of Karmod WC Shower cabin made of glass fiber strengthened polyester (GFSP) material is in bright white color. Interior surface is in yellow color and has fiber design. Panels possess resistance against climatic conditions and have anticorrosive characteristics. It does not rust and rot, is easy to clean, and panels have the feature to resist shocks and weight of 400 kg.
4. Interior and exterior surfaces forming Karmod WC Shower cabins are manufactured of gel coat material with neon in broken white color resistant to ultraviolet rays of sun in +60 0C and cold of – 25 0C.
5. Aluminum door of Karmod WC Shower cabin is painted with white electrostatic paint. It has normal glass of 4mm thick on the door. The door of Karmod cabin is fixed with 3 hinges. ITO brand locks are used on doors. For bottom panels of the doors double panel with polyurethane are used.
6. Features of WC cabin: Surface mounted water plumbing is installed. Potable water and sewer system pipes are of FIRAT brand.
7. Turkish style toilet stone and lavatory are made of polyester material. European style toilet (closet) is made of ceramics. Toilet stones (closets) are mounted in WC cabin. Ceramics are DOGVIT brand.
8. Lavatory tap, cleansing tap are mounted on sanitary installation. All taps are of ECESAN brand.
9. Flush boxes are hanged or connected to the back of closets. Flush boxes are mounted with flexible hoses or straight pipes. Flush boxes are of TEMA brand.
10. Since flooring of WC cabins is wet ground, they are produced from polyester (fiberglass) material, which is our own production.
11. For Karmod Shower Cabin, except other features, they have polyester shower base of 70 x 90cm we produced. Shower armature including water hand spray with cold-warm changing is ECE brand. There is warm-cold water installation and soap tray. Water plumbing special for water heater is installed in shower cabins.
12. Completely surface mounted electrical cabling is used in Karmod cabin. In corners of the cabin 16 A Siemens brand automatic fuse and VIKO brand grounded outlet and switch are used. Cabin has VIKO brand lighting armature with 40W bulb at the roof.
13. Other vitrified materials toilet paper hangers, mirror, clothing hanger, mirror set with plastic frame, strainer, lavatory siphon, closet lid and other fittings are used in WC units.
14. Karmod cabin has TSEK and ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate and trademark registered. Cabins have Industrial Register Certificate, and trademark approved by Patent Institute and registered trademark. Cabins are guaranteed for minimum 1 year against manufacturing and workmanship errors.
15. Karmod cabins have aluminum and glued labels with Karmod brand. If Karmod labels are removed Karmod cabin guarantee also terminates.

Delivery of Karmod cabins in ISTANBUL city is at our firm’s cost, out of Istanbul is at the buyer’s cost. Cabin delivery is on truck and delivered until the place where truck can access. If crane is required when placing cabin or in troublesome locations to out across walls or in far places the cost for crane rental and transfers at buyer’s cost.
