Technical Specifications of Karmod Mobile 120 x 120 Polyethylene Portable Toilets (WC) Units Forming European Style and Turkish Style Toilets and Showers

Karmod Toilet (WC) Shower series, is a special series of product developed for professional users, especially oriented toward common using areas such as commercial, building sites, organization and social facilities. Two important advantages of the series are obtained by being movable, portable and mobile, harmony to modern toilet, WC Shower system, as well aesthetics in designs providing functional solutions in human life. It offers different alternatives in mobile toilets and bathrooms with their module forming produced under Karmod cabin guaranty and its insulation system formed of five modules. Thus they add convenience to human life.

1. Mobile WC’s, toilets with closet and shower units are produced as ready but disassembled. 2 persons may carry one unit in package.
2. Toilet units have urinals and closets.
3. Each unit of portable WC units has written assembly schemes to determine sequence of assembly on the package.
4. Disassembled WC’s are at dimensions of 120x120x230cm when assembled.
5. Inside toilets 150 liter, hand operated pumps are installed in WC units.
6. Portable WC units will be about 105 kg each in total.
7. Raw material used in WC’s is manufactured of POLYETHYLENE in medium density.
8. Wall thickness of masts in bearing parts of units is minimum X mm thick. Wall thickness of masts in non-bearing walls will be minimum 3.5mm thick. It is produced with wall thickness of minimum 5.5mm in locations open to pressure.
9. Weights of products may be with ±3% tolerance.
10. Chemical content of genuine polyethylene used in products:
1. Medium density polyethylene
2. Density: 930-940 kg/m3
3. Flow index: 3-6 gr/10 min
11. Disassembled WC’s maybe carried by 2 persons very easily; may be assembled maximum in 15-20 minutes.
12. Polyethylene WC cabins have air gratings.
13. WC’s feature to be portable in one piece after having erected.
14. European style WC’s have the capacity of 200 l wastewater storage.
15. Wastes of WC’s may be discharged with sewage trucks etc vehicles.
16. Standard colors of mobile polyethylene portable WC:

Closets – Urinals            : Grey
